Previously he owned and operated the largest Pepsi-Cola franchise in Eastern Europe headquartered in Kiev, Ukraine. It comprised 5 bottling operations, 15 distribution sites, about 5,000 people and covered an exclusive trading territory of 2,400,000 square kilometers. His previous work experience includes 35 years in international business in both private and public sector in over 100 countries.
